Jordyn is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) based in Victoria, BC. She runs her own private practice, FLO Counselling, where she works with a diverse group of clients seeking support with emotional regulation, stress reduction, anxiety, depression, self-awareness, mental performance, and personal identity.

Having grown up involved in sport, Jordyn has always been fascinated by our ability to impact performance through mindset and mental health. This pull to understand personal and collective pursuits of excellence led her to complete corporate training and leadership development with global brand lululemon.

This experience helped her understand the crucial impact that efficient systems and self aware leaders have in traumatic and complex environments.

Through her work supporting individuals as well as organizations to reach their full potential, Jordyn believes that in order for people to perform at their best, they themselves, and the system they are working within, need to be well.
